"I did construction project management at a 930 unit property in Prince George's County Maryland (outside of DC). High drugs, crime, dog fighting, gun shots fired daily...you name it. I hired a 3rd party company (Maryland Security Professionals) who hired a go-getter officer in the same county. He then hired six other go-getters setup for a 2 week "shock and awe" followed by a part-time schedule. Officers were held accountable by MSP via good reporting, were paid by MSP and were under their liability. After 3 months we were removed from the "trouble property" list in the PGC and had new move-ins that were good and decent citizens.

Best yet, the property got rid of the six officers who lived on-site for free but didn't do anything. They rented those units and used that money to pay for the 3rd party security. It was so much less for the property to have to worry about...they could then focus on renting and collecting!"

"For the past year, I have been experiencing a rash of burglary, theft and vandalisms at my car wash. My coin and wash machines were constantly being broken into, and my equipment was being vandalized and destroyed. The incidents escalated to a point where it was happening on almost a daily basis.
